Abstract

We have already described the synthesis of certain derivatives of l-methyl-3H-6, 9-dihydro-1, 2, 4-triazino [3; 4-f] xanthine [5]. Practically no information is available on the pharmacological properties of this class of compounds. It was also of interest to synthesize other disubstituted triazino [3, 4-f] xanthines, to study their reactions and biological properties, the more so that a diverse pharmacological activity was found in the case of ...
