Abstract

Abstract Methods for the synthesis of 3-[2-aminoethyl]-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-5H-[1] benzopyrano [3, 4-c] pyridin-5-ones and 3-[2-aminopropyl]-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-5H-[1] benzopyrano [3, 4-c] pyridin-5-ones are described. The scope and limitations of the various methods are discussed.
