Abstract Results of equilibrium and calorimetric measurements are reported for a series of enzymecatalyzed reactions involving the deamination of adenosine 5′-monophosphate (AMP), adenosine, and d-histidine, and the dephosphorylation of AMP and inosine 5′- monophosphate (IMP).
