Abstract

Toluene was distilled from P205 and stored over 4A molecular sieves, THF and Et2O were freshly distilled from LiAlH4. Reactions were performed under anhydrous conditions unless noted otherwise. Reactions were followed by TLC analysis on Schleicher and Schiill DC Fertigfolien F 1500 LS 254. Compounds were visualized by UV light (254 rim) followed by spraying with 20% HZSO4 in MeOH and eharring at 140 C, amines were charred with ...
