Abstract

Polycationic cyclodextrins (CDs) were complexed with plasmid DNA and their effectiveness as vectors was tested on COS-7 cells. These CDs were modified with pyridylamino, alkylimidazole, methoxyethylamino or primary amine groups at 6-positions of the glucose units.
