Abstract Substituted quinazolone 1, 3, 4-oxadiazoles were synthesized and evaluated for their MAO and acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity. These compounds were also screened for their anticonvulsant activity, reserpine reversal response, and analgesic activity.
