Abstract

Starting from literature examples of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)-type carboxylic acid γ-secretase modulators (GSMs) and using a scaffold design approach, we identified 4-aminomethylphenylacetic acid 4 with a desirable γ-secretase modulation profile.
