Abstract

A range of analogues of N-methylputrescine and tropinone were fed to transformed root cultures of Nicotiana rustica and/or a Brugmansia candida× aurea hybrid. These cultures were made by the transformation of the relevant plant species with Agrobacterium rhizogenes.
