Abstract

Distribution coefficients (K d) of the synthetic compounds obtained in an octanol-water system established that the lipophilicities of the substituted bisthiosemicarbazbnes and their complexes are greater than those of the unsubstituted compounds but are much less than those of the analogous compounds we obtained earlier from the aldehydes methylglyoxal and butyraldehyde [2].
