Abstract

11 phenylcyclophosphamide (9) was envisioned as a synthetic route to 4-hydroperoxy-4- phenylcyclophosphamide(12a), which would then serve as a precursor to the compounds of interest, namely, 4-hydroxy-4-phenylcyclophosphamide (13a), its acyclic isomer 14a, and 4- phenyliminophosphamide (15a, Scheme 11).
