The present manuscript describes the synthesis of uracil–isatin hybrids via azide–alkyne cycloadditions and their cytotoxic evaluation against three human cancer cell lines viz. HeLa (cervix), MCF-7 (breast) and DU145 (prostate) using MTT assay.
