Abstract

Aryl azides are versatile intermediates with various applications in organic and bioorganic chemistry [1]. They are extensively employed in the synthesis of aryl nitrenes [2], aryl anilines [3], particularly nitrogen-containing five-membered heterocycles upon 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition [4].
