Abstract

mi-L-lysine and ktra-L-lysine derivatives were synthesized with Nf-[[2-(trimethylsiiyl) ethoxylcarbonyl](Nf-Teoc) protecting groups on all the lysines, or on all but the N-terminal lysine, and with N*-(tert-butyloxycarbonyl)(N*-Boc) or Nu-(9-fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl)(N'- Fmoc) groups on the N-terminal lysines.
