Abstract

In an effort to develop new and more effective therapies to treat tuberculosis, a series of benzothiadiazine 1, 1-dioxide derivatives were synthesized and their in vitro activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mycobacterium avium and Mycobacterium intracellulare was evaluated.
