Abstract

(3-Azido-1-alkeny1) phosphonates 8 with R'= H are prepared allylic rearrangement of the corresponding a-hydroxyphosregioselectively by reaction of secondary (1-hydroxy-2-alken- phonates 3, or by NaBH4 reduction of the (3-0x0-1-alkenyl) y1) phosphonates 3 with TPP/DEAD/HN3 and subsequent ther-derivatives 7.
