Abstract

The catalytic activity of bimetallic systems containing the rhodium complex HRh {P (OPh) 3} 4 or HRh (CO){P (OPh) 3} 3 and complex cp2ZrH (CH2PPh2) was tested in the hydroformylation reaction of l-hexene and E-, Z-2-hexene. An increase in n/iso ratio (from 2.2 to 3.5 in the case of HRh {P (OPh) 3} 4 and from 0.4 to 3.7 in the case of HRh (CO){P (OPh) 3} 3) was observed in hydroformylation in the presence of cp2ZrH (CH2PPh2).
