Abstract

Novel regioisomers of conformationally constrained analogues of the potent es nucleoside transporter ligand, nitrobenzylmercaptopurine riboside (NBMPR), designed for probing its bound (bioactive) conformation, were synthesized and evaluated as es transporter ligands by flow cytometry.
