Abstract

This technique can be applied to the ultimate bridging of the complete A and B chains of insulin. The peptide I has then to be incorporated in an A chain containing S-tritylcysteine at A20. The synthesis of a proper A14. 21 fragment (11), suitable for the desired extension of I
