Abstract

The cationic complexes [Pd (η3-C3H5)(2-((4-propyl-1H-1, 2, 3-triazol-1-yl) methyl) pyridine)](X)(2: X= BF4−, 3: X= ClO4−), and [Pd (η3-2-CH3-C3H4)(2-((4-propyl-1H-1, 2, 3- triazol-1-yl) methyl)-pyridine)](BF4−)(4) have been synthesized by reacting the appropriate palladium-allyl precursor with 2-((4-propyl-1H-1, 2, 3-triazol-1-yl) methyl) pyridine in the presence of AgBF4 or AgClO4.
