Abstract

I I1 well-known compounds as sulfonal, trional and tetronal. These compounds are rather toxic and cannot be used in certain cases of impairment of cardiac or renal function. They also have a very limited solubility in water, tetronal, the most active hypnotic, being only very slightly soluble.
