Abstract

A series of novel, sterically hindered lipophilic analogs of AG 957 was designed and synthesized as potential protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) inhibitors. The in vitro activity, in vivo anti-leukemia activity, and pharmacology of these PTK inhibitors were studied.
