Abstract

Abstract Conocurvone, a novel natural product isolated from the endemic Australian shrub Conosperum sp.(Proteaceae), exhibits anti-HIV activity but is a highly lipophilic compound, which suggests that there may be problems with its aqueous solubility and bioavailability.
