NAPQI是对乙酰氨基酚的有毒代谢产物。NAPQI也是维生素K循环中酶的抑制剂。NAPQI通过谷胱甘肽(GSH)快速解毒,但在缺乏GSH的情况下,过量的NAPQI与蛋白质中的半胱氨酸残基反应,导致肝细胞死亡和毒性[1][2]。
