R-360163 is a small molecule inhibitor that effectively inhibits the β-catenin/Tcf4 interaction with Ki of 16 uM in FP assay; displays 16-fold and 25-fold selectivity over β-catenin/E-cadherin and β-catenin/APC interactions, respectively.
