NSC 630668 is a Hsc70 inhibitor that inhibits the endogenous and DnaJ-stimulated ATPase activity of hsc70; blocks the hsc70-mediated translocation of a preprotein into yeast endoplasmic reticulum-derived microsomal vesicles.
