SNIPER(AR)-51

SNIPER(AR)-51 (AR-51), consists of a cIAP1 ligand and an androgen ligand, connected by a linker[1]. SNIPER(AR)-51 induces androgen receptor (AR) protein degradation[1].

SNIPER(AR)-51 (3 μM; 24 hours) exhibits a pronounced effect on the cell morphology of VCaP cells to induce apoptosis[1]. SNIPER(AR)-51 (3 μM; 24 hours) induces caspase-3 activation and PARP cleavage in prostate cancer VCaP cells[1]. Apoptosis Analysis[1] Cell Line: Prostate cancer VCaP cells Concentration: 3 μM Incubation Time: 24 hours Result: Induced apoptosis.
