Biological Activity

[Description]:

MPI_5a is a potent and selective HDAC6 inhibitor (IC50=36 nM). MPI_5a weakly inhibits other HDAC isoforms. MPI_5a inhibits acyl-tubulin accumulation in cells with an IC50 value of 210 nM[1].
