Biological Activity

[Description]:

HNMPA-(AM)3 is a cell-permeable and selective insulin receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor analog of HNMPA. HNMPA-(AM)3 greatly inhibits the ability of prothoracicotropic hormone (PTTH) to activate ERK phosphorylation and stimulate ecdysteroidogenesis[1].
