Enterostatin (rat), an orally active activation peptide of procolipase, selectively reduces fat intake. Enterostatin (rat) reduces serum cholesterol levels by way of a CCK1 receptor-dependent mechanism[1][2].

Enterostatin (rat) (50-100 mg/kg; p.o.) has a hypocholesterolemic effect mediated by CCK1 receptor in male ddY mice[1]. Animal Model: Male ddY mice[1] Dosage: 50 and 100 mg/kg Administration: Oral administration Result: Reduced serum cholesterol levels after oral administration at a dose of 100 mg/kg.
